Quello che succedera' e' gia' quasi deciso anche senza i SI, i NO, le astensioni e gli indifferenti dei nostri piccoli provinciali referendum. Noi che obblighiamo le nostre menti migliori a scegliere di essere mendicanti ed accattoni in patria o migranti nel Mondo. What has to be is already nearly on air, with or without our Yes, No, the abstentions and the indifferent people on our "provincial" referendums. Italians people that oblige their best "mind" to choose to be beggars in homeland or emigrant in the World Outside.
